We had so much fun at the Hartman Wellness Retreat on Saturday! It was an amazing day of relaxation and invigoration. We started the day off with yoga with Catherine of Apana Yoga Studios. Then the guests enjoyed the most amazing food prepared by Catherine Devos Hollistic Nutrition. All of the food was delicious and everyone was able to be involved in its preparation. Delicious soups, veggie wraps and pesto pizza. It was all completely drool worthy. The afternoon was spent chatting with Barbara Erochina of Be With. She helped walk everyone through how they wanted 2018 to look for themselves and how to come at that from a place of self acceptance. The day finished with a calming meditation. It was a truly wonderful day.
