The historical space is welcoming, bright, and both classic and contemporary. Modern vintage best describes the decor. It consists of approximately 1500 square foot on the main floor with cathedral high ceilings. It is mostly open plan to add versatility for any function. Large original gothic windows offer this floor tremendous natural light and views of the neighbouring lush farmland and quaint outbuildings surrounding the property. A retro-style focal wood-burning stove can also be enjoyed during the cold winter months.
From 10 -120 guests, we can cater for intimate or larger scale events. the Hartman gallery | venue provides a majestic backdrop for your event pictures and memories. Whether you choose to spend all, or just part of your special day with us, you and your guests will enjoy and never forget the unique surroundings of the Hartman gallery | venue’s premier Boutique venue.
The second floor, up the ornate Steptoe and Wife cast iron and brass spiral staircase, is dedicated to a 900 square foot art gallery which is accessible for viewing during opening hours and throughout all private events. The gallery space also offers high ceilings, gallery lighting, and divided areas that entice curiosity in the observers, looking to find out what's around each corner.
THE KITCHEN (MAIN FLOOR)
The large demonstration kitchen is fully equipped with wall ovens, downdraft gas cooktop, additional electric burners, commercial dishwasher, (2) sinks, and considerable refrigeration. Additional chest freezer is also available on site if needed. This kitchen is sure to accommodate most events with meals prepared in-house.
The use of the kitchen can only be used for professional registered and insured catering company.
THE COURTYARD (EXTERIOR)
The side yard of the property is seasonal and available for larger events. The landscape of this area, with a generous open, yet private, manicured lawn, lends itself perfectly to the opportunity for an additional TENT SPACE and larger gatherings. So if you are dreaming of an outdoor romantic wedding this is the perfect space for you.

An initial deposit in the amount of your room rental fee and ceremonial fee, should you be having your ceremony onsite is payable in order to confirm your booking.
Once your event, is booked, you will be contacted by one of our catering representatives to plan your event. Once you have decided on the meal and made all of the arrangements for your event, then your Catering representative will prepare an estimate showing the anticipated total cost of your event. This total amount will form your second deposit, which will be payable three weeks in advance.
Three days before your event, you will need to provide us with your final guaranteed number of attendees. This number is the lowest number you will be charged for. If more guests arrive, we will do our best to accommodate them, and charge you accordingly.
Once your event is over, we will prepare a reconciliation if you have chosen to stylize the bar based on the actual consumption of your party and we will invoice you the balance.
