Start the day off with a yoga session with Catherine Marie, of Apana Yoga Studio. Catherine is a passionate yoga teacher who enjoys sharing the healing and energizing effects that yoga has. Clear your mind of any outside distractions that are weighing you down. There is no need to be an advanced yogi, all levels are welcome.
You'll end the day with guided medtitation. Take the time to relax, breathe and absorb what you really want for yourself in 2018.
Learn about healthy food and how to fuel your body and enjoy a delicious lunch at the same time. Prepared by holistic nutritionist Catherine Devos of Catherine Devos Holistic Nutrition. She is a certified member of the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals. You've never tasted healthy food this amazing before!

What to Expect!
10:30-12:00 - Yoga Session - Start the day off on a relaxing note. Come at 10:30 am and mingle and then participate in a yoga session led by Catherine Baines of Apana Yoga Studio. All yoga levels are welcome.
12:00-2:30 - Lunch - Enjoy a four course plant based meal prepared by Holistic Nutritionist Catherine Devos. Includes: soup, salad, veggie wraps and pesto pizza. There is something for every distinguished palette.
2:30-4:00 - Wellness Workshop - Sit in front of the cozy fire in our intimate venue and chat with popular wellness coach Barbara Erochina. You will greatly benefit from her friendly and welcoming speaking style.
4:00-4:30 - Cool Down Meditation - Sit through a guided meditation. Absorb the information that was gained throughout the day and leave the retreat feeling lighter and more connected.
