It's an ideal place where you can start your day getting ready for the big event and end your evening with a place to sleep after a long day of continuous fun and celebration. You can have it all under one roof from getting ready in our guesthouse, to the on-site ceremony in the main space or in the gardens, to photos inside, on the grounds, and in the neighbouring countryside, to the dinner or cocktail reception, and finally to an overnight accommodation for 2, waking up as a couple for the first time.
We offer "all-inclusive" micro wedding packages to give us all the work in arranging all the vendors and details for your special day.
It's suitable for either intimate receptions of between 10 to 45 guests for dinner and 75 for cocktails indoors, and larger tented receptions of up to 100.
It offers a stylish and unique setting in a renovated, over a century old, country church within the GTA.
The staff are exceptional at providing thorough planning, creative styling, delicious meals and courteous and efficient service.
If needed, it offers resources for weddings such as planners, florists, officiants, photographers, and more.

The interior of the historic building, formerly a church, can be divided and styled to provide a smaller ceremony area to begin the event. This area can then double as a dance floor and a dining area later on. Its setting in this corner of unspoiled rural Ontario, just a stone throw away from the city of Toronto, also makes it ideal for elopements or for a ceremony only event with a stroll in the countryside afterwards for photographs.
For those of you who dream of an outdoor TENTED WEDDING, we have you "covered". Our private garden can be fitted with a gorgeous marquee tent, and any number of embellishments like an outdoor lounge area, lemonade bar, ice cream stand, cigar lounge, or even a cognac bar! You dream it and we will style it. We have the perfect site for an outdoor marquee wedding large enough to seat up to 100 guests comfortably. Combining this with a better equipped bar, a cozy wood burning stove and more usable space inside for quieter lounge space or other activities, will still allow your guests to enjoy the memorable church building inside.
After your beautiful wedding day, stay in our beautiful guesthouse for the night and enjoy a relaxing and romantic stay. Enjoy your own private retreat tucked away in what was the hall of the church and wake up to your own space complete with a full kitchen and dinette, large lounge, master bedroom and an ensuite bathroom.

We always suggest an introductory meeting, at no cost and with no hard selling, just the opportunity to do what women (and men) do best, sit and chat. And from that point we work backwards, discussing where you need support, what are your biggest concerns, and most importantly what you need from us. We aren’t here to be an additional cost to the wedding, our job is to try to make your day special and unique, but more importantly with no added stress. As a business in the wedding industry, we have a catalogue of tried and tested suppliers that we trust and have a great relationship with. Knowing, not only will they provide the most competitive of prices, but the highest quality service.

STEP ONE - initial consultation
We meet, and we listen. It’s important that you feel you are in full control of your wedding plans, and that your wedding is designed reflecting your style and wishes, after all it is ‘your’ day. At the initial consultation we will sit and discuss your dreams for your wedding and the vision you have in mind. It is important that not only do we understand your requirements, but that you trust us, it is a partnership and we are here to guide and assist you every step of the way.
STEP TWO - co-ordination
the Hartman team has an extensive and up-to-date knowledge and experience of wedding vendors. Enabling you to feel assured that we will assist you, providing you with a catalogue of options subject to your requirements.
STEP THREE - wedding supplier liaison
Thanks to our experience and reputation in the industry we have built up a trusted 'Little Wedding Book' of contacts that can help with every area of your wedding, from cake makers to makeup artists, talented caterers and everything in between. We would love to bring in our preferred and trusted suppliers and vendors to help create your dream wedding. We use local suppliers as near to the venue when we can, however this is not always possible. We will be the liaison with our vendors to coordinate all the details and logistics for your event. This includes site visits with the vendors as well as coordinating details in regards to the venue. We can manage the administration, calendar, and order of events and confirm all timings with you throughout the process.
STEP FOUR - creative styling
Our favourite part…..the theme of your wedding will often project your personality, passions or hobbies so it's important to incorporate your desired theme from the very beginning of the planning. From the initial design discussions to the finest details on the dining tables, we make it happen, and we don’t stop until its perfect. We have a collection of beautiful vintage pieces available for rental. STEP FIVE - attendance on the day
On your most important day we will be there every step of the way, discreetly in the background, making sure everything runs smoothly and to plan. From set up until your departure, we will be on hand, attending to every detail.
