"herbs" culinary art exhibit (intimate chef-led dinner)

Come to the Hartman as it transforms into an intimate dining space amidst the art gallery and enjoy a themed dinner prepared by top chefs from local establishments.  This is an interactive experience with the chef of the evening as they create a culinary masterpiece in our kitchen for you to savour.  The meal is also accompanied by selected wine pairings included in the meal cost.  Witness the talent of these chefs first hand.  Book a dinner party for family and friends or come alone to meet others who appreciate the fine art of cooking.

rosemary and red wine braised elk osso bucco, tomato and saffron risotto, baby carrots and gremolata

vanilla pavlova with macerated ontario strawberries, basil chantilly, barrel aged balsamic
