for this evenings event, join the chef as his 4-course menu explores the slow arrival of the harvest season.  Each course is paired with a carefully selected wine tasting.

 

the menu

 

chicken consommé, fine root vegetables,

hand made chicken stuffed ravioli, wild mushrooms

braised lamb croquette, green house greens,

roasted tomato & eggplant caponata,  

white bean puree, garlic confit vinaigrette

pan seared ontario pickerel, rendered ‘nduja sausage, slow poached potato & leeks,

fermented parsley sauce, truffled popcorn

candied lemon shortbread tart, wild blueberry syrup, meringue textures, lavender sugar

 

price per person = $87.50 plus HST.
